About St. Thomas Foreclosure



St. Thomas Housing Project is one of New Orleans housing projects are located in the Irish Channel neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. St. Thomas was one of the most dangerous development in the city at the end of the 1980s, but the mid-1990s, it was gradually closed.
